Anthony, Barry and Macavity Award Nominations
THE GHOSTS OF BELFAST, the American edition of THE TWELVE, is nominated in the Best First Novel category of three major awards.
The Anthony Award is named after Anthony Boucher (1911-1968), one of the founders of the Mystery Writers of America.
The Barry Award is presented by Deadly Pleasures magazine, and is named after critic Barry Gardner.
The Macavity Award is nominated and voted upon by the members of Mystery Readers International.
The winners of all three awards will be announced at Bouchercon 2010 in San Francisco.
